You can book tickets at any time through our secure Voicemail Ticketing System which is checked daily when the Box Office is open and intermittently at other times.

It is the theatre policy to request payment for tickets at the time of booking so please be ready to leave the following information:

• your name
• the number of tickets you require
• the day and date you want the tickets
• payment details (credit or debit card)
• contact telephone number

Audience notes

Audiences are reminded that performances start at 7.30pm promptly and latecomers will not be admitted into the auditorium.
Please show respect for the actors and crew and allow plenty of time to park in the area, to finish drinks and move into the auditorium for 7.30pm.

Access

The theatre provides the following facilities for people with disabilities we hope it assists you in planning your visit.

Deaf / Hard of Hearing Patrons
Visitors who use hearing aids with a T position may be pleased to know that the theatre has an induction loop at the box office window and another in the auditorium. These are both active during every show. They were kindly sponsored and installed by Action on Hearing Loss.

Patrons with Limited Mobility
The box office, bar, coffee area and audatorium are all on the ground floor and accessible to customers with limited mobility, including wheelchair users. Please contact us in advance to arrange a wheelchair space for a performance.

Disabled Parking
The theatre car park does not have any disabled spaces.

Toilets
The theatre does not have an accessible toilet.
