Help wanted on The Bar

Help wanted on the bar, particularly for Wednesday and Friday Club nights. Please volunteer your services to John Barnes. Training will be provided. It is a great way for new members to get to know who's who and what's what.

Technical Call

The Company members list shows phone numbers for members interested in Lighting, but I know some people would like to be contacted by e-mail, it would also be handy for sending rehearsal schedules and so forth.

If you would prefer to be contacted this way then send an e-mail to chieflx@ianknight.me.uk and I'll create a mailing list with you on it and start circulating crew lists and schedules to those interested in operating and rigging lighting.

Support to Publicity Director

I'm continually grateful to the loyal team of supporters who help to produce and distribute our publicity material throughout the year. However, due to particularly heavy work commitments at the moment, I need someone to take on some of the publicity responsibilities. If you are currently on the team and want to take specific responsibility for an item or you are keen to get involved in a big way, please contact me: Christine.Ingall@lsc.gov.uk

Reminders

The Theatre Diary is displayed in the Cloakroom area and no-one should assume that space within the theatre is available to let or use unless they check with the diary first. Lettings must be cleared with Linda Holmes before being agreed.

Please help the theatre and our finances by paying your annual membership subscriptions by standing order with Nat West Bank. Refer to the newsletter for details.

Criterion Lottery Draw and Quiz Night

If you haven't already entered the Criterion Lottery Draw, and many of you haven't, please remember that this is a fun way to raise funds for the theatre.

For a monthly donation of £5 (for each number) you will help to maintain existing facilities and our high production standards, while future plans are developed.

Please complete and return the Standing Order Mandate by the 12th of the month preceding the draw to subscribe. For a copy of the appropriate forms contact Mike Tooley (mike_tooley@hotmail.com).
