Looking after our cast, crew, front of house teams and audiences is our top priority.
All theatre team members, and other visitors to the building (contractors/deliveries etc.) must log their entry and exit to the building on a register situated at the entrance to the building.
All visitors should login to the venue using the NHS Covid app and QR code clearly displayed.
On a show night, only those audience members who have tickets for a performance are allowed into the theatre building. The online ticket purchase requires notification of a name, postal address, email address and phone number. In combination with the number of tickets purchased, this online ticketing system therefore provides all the information required to meet track and trace regulations.
